1. 3141 Bridal Wreath Lane; Dallas 75233 — ok. I am not missing this one. I can smell the vintage air through my monitor. It’s the house of an artist. Loaded with original art, frames, and supplies.

2. 6617 Greenwich Lane; Dallas 75230
I lurve lurve lurve Discovery estate sales!! I’m so happy they have one this week! There’s something about the Discovery company, Help Me rhonda, and Ahab bowen estate sales. They have their finger on the pulse of the vintage/trend cycle. I always, always find exactly what I want and I am inspired by the possibilities of design with items I see in their sales. I’m not knocking the other companies, but some sales just have a little more juice.
Oh god there is a to die for setee that if modified could be a forever and ever piece. They have nice animal brooches. World’s most bad-ass quilt. I’m not kidding. This is the coolest fabric print I have ever seen at an estate sale. It’s composed of positive/negative complicated tree prints. Rad green velvet couch. Men’s vintage military stuff. Vintage ladies Gowns. I could go on forever. GO. Go. Go!

3.6310 Bandera Avenue #D; Dallas 75225 –good kitchen, everything else is so-so. There are two or three pieces of yellow furniture that could look modern if put in the right place.

4. 4215 Glenaire Drive; Dallas 75229 – This is a jewel box sale, they are usually pretty good, and it’s in a good neighborhood for estate sales.

5. Ok. This last one is not an estate sale, but it seems like a pretty bad-ass garage sale. It’s in the old Gray Matters Art Space. I once had a boyfriend who lied on his resume. Under “Exhibitions” he wrote “solo show at Gray Matters Gallery”. I haven’t thought about that in a long time. Chuckle.
This was what the email I received said about the sale:
